PayoutParse is a service of NAGORA LTD, company number 17184667, registered at 195 Wood Street, London E17 3NU. By uploading a file you agree to these terms.
The service
PayoutParse converts bank statements and payment provider reports into data files. Output is produced automatically and checked against the totals printed in your document. It is your responsibility to review output before relying on it for accounts, tax or any other purpose. PayoutParse does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your files
You must have the right to upload the files you submit. Uploaded files and conversion results are deleted within one hour of conversion. We do not use your files to train models.
Payment
Page credits are sold in packs, in pounds sterling, through Stripe. Credits do not expire. A conversion uses credits only when its totals reconcile. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
Acceptable use
Do not upload documents you are not entitled to process, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the service to process documents for the purpose of fraud. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
