What we process
- Files you upload and the data extracted from them. Kept for up to one hour, then deleted. Processed on the basis that it is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
- Your email address, page balance, purchase records and a log of file names, page counts and results. Kept while you have an account and for 6 years afterwards for purchases (tax records).
- Server logs including IP address, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Who else sees it
Files are sent to Anthropic's API to be read; Anthropic does not train on API data. Payments are handled by Stripe, who receive your email and card details; we never see your card number. Email is sent through Amazon Web Services. Servers are in London (AWS eu-west-2).
Cookies and analytics
One cookie, set only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. Page views are counted on our own server by path and referrer, with no identifier attached to you and nothing shared with advertising networks.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the ICO. Email us and we will act within a month. Deleting your account removes your email and log; purchase records are kept as required for tax.
