About AIB (GB) statements

PDF statements with a running balance. PayoutParse reads the printed lines rather than relying on a fixed template, so older layouts and business account variants work the same way.

Importing into QuickBooks Online

In QuickBooks Online go to Transactions > Bank transactions > Link account > Upload from file and choose the downloaded file. QuickBooks accepts a 3 or 4 column CSV for bank transactions. The payout journal is provided as a CSV you can post as a journal entry.

When you'd use this instead of a bank feed

Bank feeds cover the last 12 months at most and only from the day you connect them. Historic periods, closed accounts, accounts a client won't connect, and statements handed over as PDFs at year end all need a file import. That is what this is for.
